`Exclude<T, U>` loại bỏ các kiểu dữ liệu thuộc `U` ra khỏi Union `T`, trong khi `Extract<T, U>` giữ lại các kiểu dữ liệu chung giữa `T` và `U`. Cả hai đều là Utility Types hoạt động dựa trên cơ chế Distributive Conditional Types.
