Go có 3 cách khai báo biến chính: khai báo đầy đủ với `var`, khai báo suy luận kiểu với `var`, và khai báo ngắn bằng `:=`. Điểm mấu chốt là `:=` chỉ dùng được trong hàm, còn `var` dùng được ở mọi nơi và bắt buộc khi muốn khai báo biến nhận giá trị mặc định (Zero Value).
