Khi nào nên dùng transaction.atomic trong Django và đặt nó ở đâu?

Tóm tắt nhanh

Dùng `transaction.atomic()` khi cần đảm bảo tính toàn vẹn (all-or-nothing) cho chuỗi thao tác ghi DB, nên đặt ở Service Layer thay vì View. Tuyệt đối không gọi external API bên trong block atomic mà hãy dùng `transaction.on_commit()`.
